Seth I. Koslow, a lifelong resident of New York, was a former prosecutor in New York City. During his time as an Assistant District Attorney, Mr. Koslow handled hundreds of criminal cases and gained valuable trial experience. After fulfilling his three-year commitment, Mr. Koslow left the District Attorney’s Office to become a criminal defense attorney. As a defense attorney, he has handled a wide array of criminal cases in all five boroughs in New York City, as well as in Nassau and Suffolk Counties on Long Island. Recently, Mr. Koslow and a colleague obtained a not guilty verdict in a firearm case where his client was facing up to 15 years in jail. Mr. Koslow and a colleague also secured a hung jury on a manslaughter trial where his client was facing up to 25 years in jail.
Mr. Koslow serves as an Adjunct Professor of Legal Studies at Briarcliffe College where he has taught Criminal Law and Criminal Procedure.
Mr. Koslow is admitted to the Eastern and Southern Districts of New York’s Federal Bar, as well as the New Jersey State Bar.
